Resident Engagement Program Assessment
Provide potential and new Trestle Hospitality Concepts Resident Engagement Customers with a detailed assessment of their current resident engagement program. This service will include the following:
Initial Call with Team to gain insights (90 Minutes Maximum)
One Day On-Site Community Visit (~8 hours total)
Meet with Stakeholders (Executive Director, Resident Engagement Director, Residents, etc.)
At a Minimum. conducting a Resident Survey on engagement services
Audit Resident Engagement Department Systems/Tools
Calendar, Software, etc.
Monitor & Audit Community Activities
Develop Audit Findings & Recommendations Report
Includes up to 60 minutes for a review call with customer

Train the Trainer Programs
Provide hands on support & training for implementing the Trestle Hospitality Concepts (THC) Resident Engagement Manual/Guidebook
- Service will include:
- 8 hours on site for training with THC Manuals & Tools
- Conduct Resident Survey to help develop an action plan for implementation
- Follow Site Visit & Audit - 8 hours, within 90 days of initial site visit
- Audit Findings & Recommendations Report with Call - up to 60 minutes
